The ICAAM oenology Laboratory provides services for grape maturation testing, wine analyses, Lees and bagasse (see here the list of available tests and their respective price table) (find here  the list of available tests and their respective price table)

The Oenology laboratory currently develops research in the field of the characterization of carving wines and the study of alternative wine maturation techniques, focusing on the analysis of volatile compounds in wines, phenolic compounds and amino acids.

In the Oenology laboratory, there are classes of first and second cycles related to wine technology and sensory analysis. In terms of advanced training, the laboratory participates in the realization of Master's theses, especially of the master's degree in viticulture and oenology and gives support to PhD students and doctoral.
